Hello Dear Hearts… Welcome & Aloha… This love letter is for you. I have felt so uplifted these past few weeks as I have been looking back through the expanse of my life and touching base with a multitude of friends and loved ones. Some people I haven’t talked with in years! Connecting with Dear Ones like you, I have been filled with gratitude and greatly inspired…I know so many beautiful people! …. Some of you are people I’ve known all my life who are extended family… Others of you are people I’ve met along the way who have become dear friends and whose lives have become intermingled with mine… And still, many others of you are people whom I have felt an affinity with and/or felt drawn towards, felt a kindred connection with, have been inspired by, learned from, worked along side, or are acquainted with and want to know better…. I have been touching base with pretty much anyone who has made an impression on me or had an impact in my life. I have been swimming in a sea of love! I just want to say thank you. You are my teachers… I love you and I appreciate you deeply! Thank you for being a mirror that reflects back to me the love that I am! I cherish you! Your presence in my life is a vital and beautiful piece of the “Matrix of Love” that is my universe! Thank you for being my fellow warriors of Love & Light…my co-creators in weaving this healing tapestry of connection… All of you together make up the “Posse of Love” I feel and have always felt riding by my side, providing the strength I need to keep on “keeping on”, the wisdom and inspiration that guides me forward and the support I am able to lean into when I need it… I get emotional and am deeply humbled when I feel into the magnitude of this love and the beauty that is the matrix of my life. I am eternally grateful for this abundance of love and for this Path with a Heart, that I am on!
My innate fascination for Human Beings combined with my optimistic nature make me ever hopeful that as a species we are waking up and that it is possible to turn things around. I am alive on Earth to be a conduit for Love and the vibration of expansion…this I know deep in my bones! As conscious, loving human beings it is our responsibility first and foremost to deeply nourish and love ourselves and then to sweetly and consistently nurture the connections and relationships in our life? How do we channel this “expansion vibration”? For it truly is a remarkably powerful force! ….. We breathe it in, we allow it to move through us melting into and becoming the tissues of our body, we ground it down into the earth while at the same time allowing it to flow out through the crown of our head, we feel into it listening to the wisdom that heals, we let it shine out through our hearts, create through our hands and speak through our words to the world around us as we groove about our day. We seek to connect with others regardless of who they are and show kindness always. We allow ourselves to be held by this love. We forgive one another. We surrender ego and control, while at the same time becoming a more active creator in our life. We trust this love is always working its magic in the world, bringing balance and sparking connections where disconnect has happened. I feel like it’s the only thing that makes any sense especially these days when there is so much intensity happening on the planet! We have to remind ourselves and each other to choose love when the chaos in the world feels “too heavy to bear” and the outlook for Humanity depressingly dire and bleak. We are here during this time because we have the capacity to process whats going on and the strength to be a part of the healing. We must find ways to laugh and celebrate what’s good and we must allow ourselves to cry. We can always turn to Mother Earth for comfort and solace and perhaps most importantly, we can check in with loved ones and remind them that they are not alone! Who would you like to call and check in with? Who can you make a date with to catch up? How can you be more loving with yourself…. with your family… with the strangers you pass in the street… How can you be more loving to the plant and animal kingdoms? Thank you for all the love you bring to the world just by being you!
